When designing water SUPPLY PE pipelines, the main factors should be considered as follows:

1. Water supply flow.

2. Feed water pressure.

3. Environment and fluid temperature.

4. Service life of pipeline.

5. External load and environmental conditions.

The main contents of pipeline design are as follows:

1. Select pipe diameter according to water supply flow.

2. Consider the working temperature of the pipeline and determine the working pressure of the pipeline, calculate the pipeline path and local head loss, and check the working pressure of the pipeline.

Piping layout

In order to ensure that PE pipeline has a better service environment, can avoid external load, to achieve the expected service life, should be reasonable layout and laying pipeline.

1, indoor construction of water supply pipelines should be clearly set up, but in the pipeline may receive collision place, should be hidden or take protective measures.

2. The exposed building water supply risers should be arranged beside the wall, corner or the foot of the column near the sanitary appliances or equipment with large water volume.

3. The water supply pipeline of the building shall not pass through the bedroom, storage room, smoke duct and wind duct.

4. Lightweight materials shall be used for thermal insulation when building water supply pipelines are laid with outdoor open dew and indoor non-heating rooms in cold areas where there is a possibility of freezing or sunshine exposure.

5, when the building water supply pipeline through the roof, should take effective waterproof measures.

6. Reinforcement measures should be taken at the connection between the exposed building water supply pipeline and water supply hydrant.

7. When the building supply pipe is laid in parallel with other pipelines in the same trench (frame), it should be arranged along the edge of the trench (frame) : when laying in parallel up and down, it should not be laid on top of the hot water pipe or steam pipe, and the parallel position should be staggered. For cross laying with other pipelines, protective measures or metal sleeves shall be taken.

8. The water supply pipe of the building should be away from the heat source. The net distance between the riser and the stove shall be no less than 400mm, and the net distance between the riser and the heating pipe shall be no less than 200mm.

9. When the linear length of water supply pipeline in industrial building or public building is greater than 20m, measures shall be taken to compensate the expansion and contraction of the pipeline.
